"serving two Counties, one town"

A community ambulance service since 1972.

Founded as the Queens Village- Hollis- Bellerose Volunteer Ambulance in 1972, we have been providing community based ambulance service since 1972.  Although we now go by Bellerose Rescue, our mission remains the same- to provide first class EMS and other mobile healthcare services.  Unlike other ambulance companies, we are an IRS 501(c)3 not for profit organization.  Our focus is not making money- but providing excellent service and investing in the health and well being of our community.

We are a unique agency in that we provide service in several towns across two different counties of New York.  In the Borough of Queens (New York City), we service the areas of Queens Village, Hollis and Bellerose.  In Nassau County, we maintain jurisdiction in the Village of Bellerose and Bellerose Terrace.  Although, our operational area is large- it is all the same to us.  We provide equal service to all communities using our slogan "Two Counties, One Town".
